PROCESSING

Please be kindly informed that all orders placed takes a processing time of 5-7  working days for regular products. READY-TO-SHIP items can be processed within 48hours and your order received within 7 working days. Hence in special cases like the Micro-twist or braids (Mssorento),it takes a further processing time of 5-12 working days depending on the quantity of supply. An Email will be sent across to you once your item has been processed.

SHIPPINGAll products at Itylicious Beauty Spot are shipped via DHL courier service.

We do refunds if the product is shipped back within 24hrs with DHL, and we Receive it, confirm that it is still in its original state as it was when we shipped. If the returned product passes our check then we will refund within 7 working days. But the shipping fee will not be refunded

LOCAL ORDERS take 24hrs-48hrs for delivery. If orders are placed in the early hours of the day, Item can arrive within the next day.

Also we accept exchange. If you are not satisfied with the item you can ship back in 24hrs and get a replacement but you must contact us before shipping any item back

We Ship to US, Canada, Australia, Asia, UK; over 100+Countries that support DHL courier services. Generally International Shipping takes 3-5 working days additionally after an order has been processed (excludes significant Holidays).A tracking ID will be sent via email to you.

COURIER SERVICE

Our official courier service is DHL who work hard to deliver your ordered products on the expected date of delivery. Except for significant holidays, other forms of delays can be assigned to Incomplete or incorrect address information. All shipped parcels are expected to be signed before collection. To avoid delivery delays kindly fill in the billing address accurately as we will not be held liable for the delay. If there is a need for an address correction after your shipment has been sent; you will be charged an additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction.
